If you contact the hotel by phone, email, WhatsApp or the website enquiry form, the information you provide is used to answer your enquiry and assist with your stay. Website form submissions are forwarded to info@dekinghotelkl.com through FormSubmit, which states that submission records are retained for 30 days.
Bookings
Online availability and bookings are handled by the STAAH SwiftBook booking service. When you continue to that service, its own privacy and payment terms apply. This website does not directly collect payment-card details.
External services
The site uses Google Maps to display the hotel location, Google Fonts for typography, STAAH SwiftBook for live booking availability, and FormSubmit to deliver website enquiries to the hotel inbox. These providers may process the information required to provide their service, such as your IP address, browser details and—when you submit the enquiry form—the contact details and message you choose to provide, under their own policies.
Cookies and local storage
The hotel website does not use advertising cookies. Embedded or linked third-party services may use cookies when their content loads or when you visit them.
